Orders are typically processed within 1 working day after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom or personalised orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified of estimated dispatch dates.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free of charge to customers in the United Kingdom.
4. Cut-off and Delivery Times
Cut-off and delivery times are as follows:
Cut-off time: 12 AM Greenwich Mean Time (London), Monday to Friday
Standard Shipping: 2–3 working days

5. Tracking Information

6. Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues:
Ryzan is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or customs processes.
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, check with your local postal service or neighbours before contacting us.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
Ryzan is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Ryzan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
